Best Practice Open Innovation Platform for Implementation of Innovation Management Within Security Organisations in Europe

We invite you to attend the second FP7 INSEC international workshop (www.insec-project.eu) entitled “Best Practice Open Innovation Platform for Implementation of Innovation Management within Security Organisations in Europe". The workshop will focus on exchange and promotion of innovation management best practices within the security sector. A brief agenda is as follows (a buffet lunch will be served):

-       Brief overview of INSEC and presentations of achievements so far

-       Creating a Best Practice online Hub that drives innovation

-       Best Practice Presentations by identified end-user Security organisations, focusing on how they innovate, which methods and techniques they use, etc.

-       Expert Panel feedback sessions


The workshop will be organised as an interactive event giving participants the opportunity for discussion and exchange of experience. Speakers will include: INSEC Partners; External Innovation Experts; Security end-user representatives of best practices.

This will provide the stage to launch the Horizon 2020 Secure Societies Challenge and to have a session on the EU broader activities on Security Industrial Policy.
