SESSION #1 - Manage your innovation: a strategic challenge

Training theme: Innovation Management Strategy and Funding within Security Organizations  (download of the presentation (EN) here)

This initiative allows public and private organisations from the security field to learn about our new innovation management model for security organisations aiming for growth, operational efficiency or cost savings through implementation of an innovation management strategy.

Based on INSEC project results ( the session will focus on training security organisations on defining these strategies. The agenda is as follows:

  • Brief overview of INSEC project
  • Introduction to the INSEC innovation management model and open innovation techniques
  • Presentation of the steps required to introduce an innovation strategy
  • Individual and group exercises based on the example of one organisation and its specificities
  • Horizon 2020: new R&D European funding programme presentation
  • Identification of main security research themes in H2020
  • Thematic workshops for creating collaborative projects.

The training session will be an interactive event giving participants the opportunity for discussion and exchange of experience.

Strategy and Innovation Management in the security sector     

What market and innovation vision? How to evaluate the capacity to innovate? How to take it into account to maximize the success changes with the new H2020 European programme? What opportunities to accompany, to partnership and financing in 2014?

Alma Consulting Group, coordinator of INSEC project, organizes in partnership with Altran and SYSTEMATIC cluster half day training on the theme:

“Strategy and Innovation Management in the security sector”

The participants, actors in the security field, will find out about a new innovation management model especially designed for their sector of activity, model bringing measurement elements and factual recommendations which are meant to help them on their strategy and innovation management. These elements will equally serve to optimize the chances of success of future proposals of projects submitted in the H2020 European framework.

       Restitution on the perception of a global index of your organization and the personalized action lists to improved your innovativeness level

       Lead of offers and solutions : IT security and innovation
